20 dead, Israel attacks Gaza aid point again

 

Further people have been killed by Israeli forces firing on people gathering for relief in the Gaza Strip. 155 people were injured. The Hamas- run Health Ministry made such a claim early Friday morning. still, Israel denied the news. intercessors have failed to broker a check- fire agreement between Hamas and Israel in the Gaza Strip centered on the holy month of Ramadan.

The Gaza Ministry of Health said in a statement that Israeli forces opened fire on civilians gathering for relief in Gaza City. originally, 11 dead and 100 injured were reported, but the number was latterly revised and increased. Mohammad Gurab, director of the exigency department at a sanitarium in northern Gaza, told AFP that occupation forces fired directly at people staying for relief exchanges to arrive. 

An AFP journalist at the scene said he saw several bodies lying around. He also saw some injured people who were shot. still, Israel's army has denied reports of firing blank shots at people gathering for relief in the Gaza Strip. In a statement, they said," Media reports that Israeli forces opened fire on several original residers at an aid distribution center in the Gaza Strip are misleading." In the statement, the Israeli forces also said that they're seriously probing the incident. UN agencies have advised of shortage in the besieged Gaza Strip by Israeli forces. still, access to aid by land in the besieged Gaza Strip is limited. 

In such a situation, some countries are using air and ocean routes as indispensable routes to reach the people of Gaza Strip. Relief is being dropped from aero planes to colorful places. Spanish aid boat Open Arms has left with about 200 tons of food for the people of Gaza. The vessel, which departed from Cyprus on Tuesday, is close to the seacoast of Israel, according to the Marinetraffic website on Thursday. A statement issued by 25 associations, including Amnesty International, Oxfam, said that air and ocean routes are" no cover" for reaching inventories by land.
